In this role, you will:

Supports the WellsOne Commercial Credit Card Billing and Settlement team and leads Quality Assurance Administrators and Operational Accounting Associates in Salt Lake City, UT and Winston Salem, NCReconciles the general ledger accounts and DDA accounts associated with internal money movement processes for WellsOne Commercial CardMonitors and resolve discrepancies regarding customer credit limits and balances between internal authorization, processing, and loan systems and performs Quality Assurance on all activitiesProcess clients’ online statements and payment processing, set up and maintenance of the WellsOne Commercial Card Program parameters based on contractual termsFacilitates revenue share (cash back) and bonus retention payouts, settlement for the daily payment of Visa and Mastercard NetworksPartner with various internal teams to improve system functions to be regulatory compliance, and enhance the customer experiencesIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control developmentOversee a compliance monitoring program and evaluate the results, ensuring achievement of a satisfactory rating on all audits, working with business management to resolve issues, and address deficienciesComplete all required assessments, exercises, training, and affirmations in accordance with Bank Policies and Audit requirements, including Business Continuity PlanningInterpret and develop policies and procedures to implement compliance and to resolve issuesComplete required assessments, training, and affirmations in accordance with bank policies and audit requirements, including Business Continuity PlanningManage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Relationship SupportMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of leadership experience

Understanding of Commercial Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard)Performance management - Experience in Establishing appropriate performance standards and high expectations with measurable statistics including thresholds for tracking and monitoring performanceSkilled and experience in identifying and implementing process improvements and efficienciesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAnalytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyStrong collaboration and partnering skillsAdvanced Excel knowledge
