On the Spectrum’s Business Sales team, you will be in the consultative inbound sales position within our Spectrum Business organization. If you’re interested in an opportunity to continuously learn and build new connections, we want to hear from you.


WHAT OUR BUSINESS SALES REPS ENJOY MOST

Responding to inbound sales calls promptly and efficiently, to promote and communicate current marketing campaigns and promotionsDeveloping and delivering complex sales proposals to prospective customers, and maximizing additional revenue from existing customers, by selling additional products and servicesEducating customers about service offerings, billing items, product features, and the use of installed productsMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of technical information regarding Spectrum Business services and solutions, including telephony, data, wireless, and video servicesConsistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals by utilizing a call-flow driven, consultative sales approach

Required Qualifications

Technical skills:Demonstrated working knowledge of connectivity products and services, including internet, phone, tv and mobileSkills: Adaptability, high impact communication, multi-tasking, reasoning, and tolerance for a structured work environment. High performing sales results, over an extended periodAbilities: Can communicate with customers and colleagues in a clear, straight forward, and professional manner. Can use computer workstation, appropriate software applications, and other role-related tools. Ability to prioritize and organize effectivelyExperience: Professional work experience 1 year; Sales experience 1 yearother role-related tools. Ability to prioritize and organize effectivelyWorking conditions:Call Center environmentSchedule:Ability to work variable hours; may include nights, and holidaysEducation: High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Sales experience; preferably selling Voice, Data, and Video and/or Mobile solutions in the small and mid-sized business market - 2+ yearsCall Center sales experience; preferably in a business-to-business and/or telecommunications industry - 2+ yearsCollege degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience

The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $22.30. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
