Business Sales Support Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY:  The Sales Support Coordinator prepares the coordination of orders, performs service code order entry, and ensures billing. The Sales Support Coordinator is a key position focusing on communicating with customers regarding the details of services being installed, communicating preparedness procedures, and responding to inquiries via phone, mail, or email escalating customer issues to management as appropriate. This role works directly with the Sales Support Management Team to ensure that orders are accurate, complete, and entered in a timely fashion.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (include but are not limited to) Handles all Simple and Complex Orders as defined by manager Enters customer order data and billing information into customer billing system and order management system in an accurate and timely manner Coordinates installation dates and times with dispatch, customer, and/or customer vendor Schedules customer due date in customer billing system and order management system Adheres to procedural and administrative aspects of customer installation Reviews customer inquiries, problems, requests, and suggestions; works with Order Manager(s) to determine appropriate solutions and/or responses Provides departmental support to Order Manager(s) personnel Escalates and translates customer needs to internal workgroup Abides by processes and regulatory requirements during the pre-installation phase Communicates relevant information to all internal team members, such as change in schedule dates Meets deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and quality Works effectively with teams throughout organization Demonstrates applied learning Strong oral and written communication skills Contributes to team success Maintains customer focus Technical / Professional knowledge and skills   OUR EXPECTED BEHAVIORS: Upholds and acts in accordance with REV’s Guiding Principles.   EVALUATION:                         Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with procedures established by the company.
