Join us as a Business Service Center Agent, pivotal in delivering exceptional customer support and advocating for bank products. Address client inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure utmost satisfaction. Collaborate internally, maintain compliance, and uncover opportunities to enrich client relationships.
The Business Service Center Agent will answer client inquiries on bank products, services, accounts, and policies; promotes cross-selling, researches and corrects account discrepancies. Respond to a high volume of telephone inquiries. Handle calls from external clients and internal business partners of the most complex nature, answers staff questions and takes escalated calls. Responsibilities include completing basic client requests and routing requests as appropriate.
Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and advocate bank products. Manage high-volume inquiries from clients and internal partners efficiently. Resolve complex calls, ensure compliance, and collaborate seamlessly across teams. Independently troubleshoot, maintain policy compliance, and coach internal partners for success.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; minimum two years' call center experience. Proficiency in business products, ACH, and business credit cards. Strong organizational skills and Microsoft Office proficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication; thrive in a team-oriented environment.Why Join Us?

Shifts starting from 8 am-10:30 am Monday – Friday. Shift will be assigned during training.Training Schedule
