AR Job Description
As a Business Services Analyst reporting to the Manager Business Services, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Treasury & Credit, Center of Excellence/Ops Support, Corporate Controllers Group, Data Management, and Customer Order Management. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and overseeing services related to royalties, broker commissions, and new in-services transitioned to Accounts Receivables. This role requires ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments, maintaining detailed records, standardizing reporting, and working with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency. You Will:
Manage the calculation and processing of broker commission and royalty payments in accordance with contractual agreements.Maintain accurate and detailed records of broker and royalty transactions, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to review agreements and identify any discrepancies.Improve and operationalize end-to-end processes to build capacity for new in-service opportunities.Monitor key metrics, identify trends, and drive resolutions to optimize cash flowImplement recommended improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging people, process, and technology.Demonstrate the ability to work in an Agile MethodologyInformally lead teams by providing guidance, training, and peer coachingServe as an escalation point for internal and external partnersYou Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or business related field1-3 years related business experienceExperience with PowerBI or a similar tool for data visualizationProject Management experience with ability to lead projects and provide recommended solutionsProven critical thinking skillsAt this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.Ability to work a hybrid model with 3 days per week in our Omaha office: Tues, Weds & Thurs. Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
