Business Services and Mailroom Administrator

Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Services Administrator with ideally data entry and mail room experience to join our team of dedicated professionals. This position will be based out of Century City, California on an in-office basis. The Business Services Administrator will be responsible for aiding with all mail room processes, as well as general operational support.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Receive shipments from various couriers
+ Scan, file, and distribute mail
+ Pick up and route mail to appropriate locations
+ Assist with off-site storage files
+ Make trips to bank and other off-site locations
+ Distribute and maintain stock of office supplies
+ Restock mail drops
+ Prepare cubicles and offices for new hires
+ Other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
+ Solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Team player
+ Strong attention to detail, especially when working on multiple tasks or assignments with competing deadlines
+ Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
+ Self-starter with ability to organize own work and meet deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks with little direction

This is a non-exempt, overtime eligible position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $46,200- $65,700. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
