THE ROLE
Assigned to the Business Services Manager and supporting the Executive Management Team the Business Services Coordinator is responsible for coordination and administration tasks for the support functions and activities of a major PMC program in Riyadh.

The project is a major infrastructure and built environment programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESWorking with the HR and GRO teams coordination of the approval process and records for all personnel joining and leaving the program.Under direction of the Business Services Manager maintenance and update of the manning deployment and financial forecast and reports of the PMC Team.Management and update of office layout.Collate all inputs and generate internal project status reports.Coordinate of mobilisation tracker and onboarding and off boarding process of project personal including issue of approvals, access passes, equipment and allocation of desks.Coordination of transportation arrangements for project personnel and visitors.Arrangements of external and internal events and team meetings.Coordinate allocation of mobile phones, internet and management of telecom provider account.Management of the need and procurement of office supplies, equipment, HSE equipment.Working with multiple stakeholders provide a point of contact of timesheet and leave records for all personnel.Under direction of the Business Services Manager coordination of structure and access of corporate information storage and access.EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE8 years’ experience.Minimum relevant experience 5 years in similar role.Minimum Regional Experience 3 years.Undergraduate degree.Articulate, well organised, and able to work under pressure.Self-motivated, conscientious, and flexible attitude.Strong capability in all MS Office applications.COMPETENCIESInterpersonal and communication skillsPlanning & organisingTeam playerAccepts responsibility.
