What You'll Do
Are you a skilled and inclusive team leader with a proven track record of empowering individuals and teams to achieve their goals? Are you ready for the challenge of taking our business services to the next level? Then you could be the new Business Services Manager for our Stockholm office, where you and your team will support the ongoing growth and success of BCG.
As our new Business Services Manager, your overall responsibility will be to ensure that all aspects of our Business Services function run like clockwork. You will lead a team of Executive and Management Assistants, as well as Facilities and Reception staff in our highly accolated office at Gustav Adolfs Torg. You will also work closely with the senior leadership team in the office, the Stockholm Business Director, and global internal stakeholders. Your daily tasks will include:
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you’re a strong role model who leads with high integrity and empathy. You bring several years of management experience, during which you have honed exceptional stakeholder management skills and developed and inspiring leadership style. Ideally, you also have experience in facility or office management coupled with substantial leadership expertise. It is important that you have excellent skills in using MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Additionally, full proficiency in written and oral English is required.

Our Operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and management assistants, receptionists, facilities staff, and a Business Services Manager who leads the entire Operations Team.
