Job Description

The Business Services Representative is responsible for meeting the business service needs of resort guests and visitors. 

Participating in the overall operations of the Business Services Center and Package RoomMaintaining service standards in accordance with the 5 Star/5 Diamond rating guidelines

QualificationsPrior experience in retail salesKnowledge of shipping processesMinimum of two (2) years experience in a large Resort/Convention hotelHigh school diploma or equivalentKnowledge of computer technology, software, word processing, fax and copy machines, manual and electric pallet jacks and forkliftsAbility to work in a high paced environment while maintaining service standards in accordance with the 5 Star/5 Diamond rating guidelines21 years of age or older
