A Client of Insight Global is looking for a Business Solution Architect I to sit local to AZ (will go onsite). Provide project management functions for application delivery and serve as a liaison with the business to define requirements and translate them into system solutions. Analyze existing and/or proposed systems, implement, integrate, monitor, and optimize appropriate processes and systems to support business operations, corporate objectives, and initiatives. Identify opportunities in the following areas: information systems, business process redesign, and continuous improvement.

Work closely with global business areas to define business Technology requirements and evaluate available and/or custom system solution options
Work with the custom, packaged, business intelligence, and operations platform teams on building and executing business systems project plans and support
Ensure system analysis designs and process maps are documented and communicated with Business Executives and Senior Management
Understand all IT related user satisfaction issues within assigned business processes; communicate and lead resolution of issues with IT management
Help with production support, including system configuration, system monitoring, and updating interfaces
Provide specific business-centric expertise to global IT projects
Support and promote Technology strategy that aligns with business processes and operations


This person will be onsite for the first 3-4 weeks of training (4 days onsite - 1 day remote) and then will go onsite 3-4x / month

*Must be ok working late hours (can start workday later) to support offshore meetings
