Business Solution Assistant Manager
Overview Leverage Business Automation Solutions to support business operations driving productivity and effectiveness through enhancing existing Sales Automation Systems and Business Intelligence Reports or building / deploying new innovative Business Automation Solutions. Responsibilities Business Automation System Development, Enhancement and Readiness Identify needs to develop, enforce necessary system, processes, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient use of automation systems. Act as Automation system administrator, responsible for effective provisioning, installation and configuration, operation, and maintenance of automation systems in coordination with IT Collect and analyze user feedback on issues and improvement opportunities related to Sales automation systems. Work with IT to propose initiatives and solutions to system enhancements and modifications to meet new business requirements. Business Automation System Operation, Support and Enablement Develop in-depth understanding of business requirements to design effective support and guidance procedures. Provide training, timely support and guidance to Sales Force and other stakeholders to enable effective use of Sales Automation Systems as well as to fully maximize system features. Enable and support Sales Force and other stakeholders to allow their most effective use of Sales automation systems and data to help driving Sales productivity. Work directly with Business Automation System Maintenance Team to support daily issues. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sector IT team on Sales Strategy Development’s projects based on business requirements. Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between business and Sector IT teams. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in business intelligence, data analytics, and AI. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments. Other taks can be assigned by Line Manager. Qualifications Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Business Information System/ Business/ Accountant. Required Functional skills & job knowledge: 5-years’ experience in Sales/ Marketing / IT for Commercial. 3-years’ experience in Sales automation system management 3-years relevant experience in managerial/supervisory role in FMCG/ Nutrition/ Foods industry Experience in Sales Automation Systems (DMS, MT System…) and Power BI. Good at English Good knowledge of AI, IT Tools, Workflows. Knowledge of Sales Force Effectiveness concepts Analytical Skills, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving & Decision Making
