As Professional Services EMEA Production, we play an important pre- and aftersales role in building and maintaining customer relationships through our valued consulting and project delivery services in Graphic Arts and Commercial Print improvements.
As a EMEA Business Solutions Consultant you will:
Act as the primary business and technical interface between Canon HQ and the European Commercial Print community.Provide pre- and post-sales support by translating customer needs into technical designs and implementing unique solutions.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Service) and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers).Engage in strategic European sales opportunities and support the local community to optimize performance and drive growth. For the role EMEA Business Solution Consultant, you are looking for a candidate with the skills and qualifications:
Degree in Business, IT, Electrical or a related field.3–5 years in Business Solutions Consultancy, including pre-sales, after-sales, and (ideally) business development.Expertise in Graphic Arts and Commercial Print environments.Analytical and technical proficiency to define and deploy solutions.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to deliver value propositions and solutions aligned with business objectives.Fluent English; Dutch or other European languages are advantageous.
