Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Solutions Architect in Aurora, CO. Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Solutions Architect. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that meet the complex business requirements of our organization. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Business Solutions Architect will serve on an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) team to support the business of Finance and Human Resources * Maintain a high level of user expertise for the ERP platform * Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and develop strategic solutions using Workday and related applications * Lead the design, development, and implementation of ERP modules * As a Business Solutions Architect, you will oversee the integrations of ERP with other business systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with industry standards and best practices * Conduct all phases of system changes for each new Workday release, including planning, design, configuration, testing and training * Assess the impact to current and future processes, analyze upstream and downstream impact to the business and systems
