Experience with the business procedures for Vital Records or EMRs is required. Experience in the electronic office management information systems applications is also preferred.

Responsibilities:Will be responsible to update the Electronic Vital Records Systems Inventory This information should be captured in an Excel spreadsheet.Evaluation of the Vital Records systems and state information system using the IT Specifications. You only need to evaluate vendor systems and the System, no home-grown systems need to be evaluated.detailed evaluation to identify the number of required enhancements based on the Vital Records needs.Final report with a recommendation with justification of selecting a canned systemcreate a single view of data from many sourcesimprove customer service by allowing all documents to be issued from anywhere in the stateallow the collection of data from multiple devicespromote secured data sharingstrengthen healthcare delivery and advance health outcomes, and expand research innovationExperience/Requirements:1+ years experience with Vital records5+ years experience as a Business Analyst - solutions focusedKnowledge of Electronic Registration SystemsAbility to evaluate softwareAbility to develop a strategy for the Office of Vital Records.
