Business Solutions Sales Representative Location : City Remote ID 2024-15812 Category Sales Location/Org Data : Name Remote Market : Name Management Group (MG) Cellular Sales Business Solutions Sales Representative JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective Sell Verizon Wireless (VZW) devices to business clients by providing value and service to win their confidence and ultimately grow our business client base. Works primarily with small business customers to support their wireless business needs. Essential FunctionsHandles leads from VZW for existing or new customers.
Conduct appointments with business clients via phone and online to determine need and provide information about products and/or services.
Make, accept, and disposition calls and set appointments for oneself as well as accept appointments set by Business Solutions Representatives team.
Manage all steps in the B2B sales cycle to include conducting client account analysis and review, alerting clients to programs/services that would benefit their business, and conducting follow up and service transactions (assist with device set up, delivery, etc.).
Serve as a liaison between business customers and VZW, as well as customers and the B2B customer service team.
Generate and present client proposal (with or without assistance from Support Team) and direct fulfill orders. CompetenciesAccountability

Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; repetitious eye and hand movement is required. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are flexible and vary based on business needs. Travel No travel is required for this position. Required Education and ExperienceHigh School diploma. Preferred Education and ExperiencePrevious business sales experience preferred.
