The Business Solutions Specialist will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and customers, while promoting and delivering Progress Software solutions — Flowmon, Kemp LoadMaster, and WhatsUp Gold. This role blends technical expertise with business acumen, ensuring the right solutions are delivered to meet our customers' needs and exceed sales targets. You'll be actively involved in the sales process, supporting customers during deployment, and driving the technical side of solution implementation.

In this role, you will:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners across Slovakia and the Czech Republic, identifying their business needs and providing tailored technical solutions.Promote and deliver Progress Software solutions, such as Flowmon, Kemp LoadMaster, and WhatsUp Gold, ensuring these meet the technical requirements of customers while achieving or exceeding sales targets.Identify new business opportunities within existing customer bases and proactively reach out to potential clients, showcasing the value of our software solutions.Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop business strategies that drive sales growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.Provide technical support and advice during the deployment and use of Flowmon, Kemp LoadMaster, and WhatsUp Gold solutions. Act as a bridge between the sales and technical teams to resolve any complex technical challenges.Present Progress solutions at key industry events in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, highlighting the technical capabilities and value propositions of our products.Prepare sales and performance reports, monitoring metrics to ensure goals are met and identifying opportunities for improvement in both sales and technical support. 

Your background:

Secondary education or higher, with a strong technical foundation.Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales or business solutions role, ideally within the IT or software industry.Strong technical knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, and/or cybersecurity.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and technical stakeholders at all levels.Native speaker of Slovak or Czech, with fluency in English (B2 level).A proactive approach with a blend of independence and collaboration skills, customer orientation, and results-driven mentality. 

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:

A degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related fieldExperience in the IT solutions/software products fieldKnowledge of network infrastructure or cybersecurity
