Job Summary:

Reporting into Strategic Projects, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure leading impactful enterprise-wide business initiatives in a Fortune 500 company. A successful candidate will be a strategic, big-picture thinker, be able to effectively analyze complex problems and drive change throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
+ Stakeholder Liaison: act as an intermediary between technical resource teams and key enterprise stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of business reporting requirements
+ Reporting Framework: identify relevant data elements from various sources of the organization, documenting metadata attributes and relationships for centralized reporting solution
+ Data-Driven Insights: collaborate with finance, procurement, and operational teams to consolidate key business metrics, driving strategic decision-making through data analysis and visualizations (Power BI experience is a plus, but not required)
+ Quality Assurance: support the creation of end-to-end testing processes, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the data structure within the corporate reporting suite
+ Project Management: gather reporting requirements, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic reporting objectives
+ User Support: develop and implement comprehensive support program, driving corporate-wide adoption and end-users utilizing the reporting tool effectively
+ Continuous Improvement: review and analyze current state processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve the overall quality of the centralized reporting service
Qualifications:
+ B.S. in Business and/or Finance-related degree
+ 3-5 years’ experience in an analyst, consultant, or management role
+ MBA, PMP, Six Sigma, and/or external consulting experience preferred
+ Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with all levels of an organization
+ Strong quantitative / financial analysis skills required
+ Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Travel as needed (less than 25%)
+ Critical thinker - ability to challenge the norm and offer healthy skepticism, imagination, and thinking outside the box
+ Problem-solving skills - demonstrates fluidity to shift between the big picture and details
+ Effective and engaging communicator - ability to frame out complex scenarios in an easy-to-understand manner
+ Multi-discipline - experience across numerous functions and industries
+ Entrepreneurial spirit - proactive; self-motivated; inquisitive; persistent
