Business Strategy Planning Director-Risk Adj. Use-Case Lead
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates must live within 50 miles of a PulsePoint location.
The Business Strategy Plan Director-Use Case Lead for Risk Adjustment is responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders and our IT department to ensure we are leveraging our clinical data (HealthOS) assets to drive downstream use cases for Risk Adjustment. This role will ensure that we are correctly utilizing the data we receive, model out and monitor the value it is driving for the business stakeholders, and build a roadmap to continue to improve on the process.
How you will make an impact:
• Responsible for Use Case execution (oversight of Use Case Lead and associated responsibilities).
• Provide coaching and mentoring to other leaders in the organization on strategic thinking and on use cases that deliver high returns and high strategic value.
• Champions breakthrough use cases to transform the current business environment into an industry leading best practice organization.
• Accountable for centralized and standardized use-case development process; including business case development, ROI, and performance criteria; and ensuring operational and technical readiness for new use cases.
• Directs submission and discovery, evaluation and prioritization, and technology and operational readiness phases of use case development. Includes review of intake form and leading meetings with “consumer” team; use case governance council preparations and presentations; and supporting development of business use case plan/requirements documentation by the “consumer” team.
• Researches relevant trends and activities and advises the “consumer” team on use case development and business value of clinical data.
• Ensures alignment of use case with an enterprise strategy plan for identifying and realizing value from clinical data to sustain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
• Creates and presents extremely high-quality presentations to senior and executive levels.
• Builds and leverages relationships to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.
• Understands all aspects of the business and partners with executive leadership to define strategy and successful criteria for the future.
• Ability to travel may be required.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including prior leadership experience and 3 to 5 years of strategic planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
• Prior Experience and a deep understanding of Risk Adjustment is strongly preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP or Six Sigma Certification preferred
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location, the salary* range for this specific position is $145,640 to $218,460
