Job Description​

Saint Luke's Hospital Midwest Ear Institute is hiring a Business Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of their clinic.

This position is responsible for oversight of clerical/administrative operations of one or more hospital clinic departments with a focus on excellent customer service to patients and internal departments, and efficiency in operations.  Manages administrative personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.  Areas of oversight include admitting/registration, scheduling, patient estimates and time-of-service collections, facility charge management, insurance verification and pre-certification/authorization processes.
