Job Title: BMS Operations Engineer

Job Locations: Mumbai

What this job involves:

The BMS Operations Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining Building Management Systems that control and monitor various building functions such as HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and skills:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field5+ years of experience in BMS Operations, Design implementation, and maintenanceProficiency in BMS software platforms (e.g. Schneider Electric, Siemens, Johnson Controls)Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building operationsKnowledge of networking protocols (e.g. BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks)Familiarity with energy management principles and sustainability practicesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional engineering license (P.E.) or relevant industry certificationsExperience with integration of IoT devices and cloud-based systemsKnowledge of building codes and energy efficiency standardsProject management experienceProgramming skills (e.g., Python, C++, Java)
