Required 

Site Operations 

Assist the day-to-day operational M&E activities in a variety of buildings, to include the following: 

Electrical/mechanical/plumbing system maintenance, including: HVAC, UPS, CRAC, Switchgear, Alarm system, BMS system, Access card system, Fire Protection system, Water supply and drainage system, PA system, AV systems and miscellaneous electrical appliances

Attend to technical-related interior works and faults, including Furniture, Carpets, Walls/fittings, Ceilings and Glass Doors

Respond to users’ requests / site complaints, provide first line support and resolve issues/faults

Conduct daily inspection of systems & facilities and conduct essential equipment checks and metre readings

Manage requisition for facilities equipment parts and related inventory management.

Assist and supervise vendors and contractor services in the premises relating to Corrective Maintenance and Planned Preventive Maintenance and vendor briefings

Assist during project works and internal Moves, Adds and Changes activities

Assist in Power Shutdown activities

Ad Hoc responsibilities assigned by the Site Service Manager

To liaise with service vendors on repair and servicing needs. 

Assist to maintain all operational and maintenance manuals    

Prepare logs, documents and reports as required for the site and take action as required.

Be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all team goals and deliver performance excellence

Environmental, Health & Safety

Maintain sustainability data

Follow Client’s and JLL’s policies and to make sure everything is in compliance with regulations. 

Observe and report all incidents or suspicious activity to the Site Service Manager or Client Security as appropriate for the circumstances and/ or as required by the site.

Emergency

Respond to System Alarms and deal with any emergency situations

Respond to or facilitate reporting and response to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents or conditions following procedures established for the site.

Execute emergency response plan to ensure safety of client and guest when necessary.


 

Preferred 

Good at Finance Management

Good at verbal, listening, and written communication skills in English.

Diploma or certification in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering

3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in commercial offices or residential properties

Fire fighting training and certification from fire department is a plus point

First aider training and certification is preferred 

Knowledge of occupational health & safety requirements
