Project Administration and Reporting

Schedule meetings/conference rooms, maintain calendars, etc. for project relocation team (primarily RPM Lead)Receive and process client requests via the work order system, triage escalations appropriatelyAssist in entering and processing information as part of relocation project issue tracking and resolution

Move/Project Management

Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignmentCoordinate scheduled event with facilities and project management, client, IT and all parties involved in relocations, etc.Ensure all project/account activities and processes are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes including client's and JLL's policies and proceduresCoordinate work order and small project execution with installers/trades, including but not limited to furniture reconfigurations and space enhancementsIdentify outstanding issues associated with project and communicate to Relocation Project Management leadReceive and process client move requestsCreate and distribute move communications/move packets and labels to clients   Perform pre-move and move day duties to include but not limited to: Pre and post-move inventory/check-out/check-ins, furniture inventory, hanging move signage and supervising moversAssist in entering and processing information during post-move help desk  Ensure all move management activities and processes are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes including client's and JLL's policies and procedures  Coordinate scheduled move activity with property management, facilities management, all parties involved in moves, etc. Coordinate work order and small project execution with installers/trades, includingEnsure data accuracy within relocation management and CAFM systems

Client Communication and Management

Project a confident and professional attitude when communicating with clientSpeak in clear and concise manner when responding to client questions and follow-up with precise resolutions when reached by team leadDemonstrate good listening techniquesDemonstrate consistent focus toward client satisfaction

People Management, Leadership, and Teamwork

Work with assigned team to achieve project objectivesPerform assigned tasks under direct supervision

Miscellaneous

Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to time & expenses, ethics and business practice.
