And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts. **Job Summary** In this role, you will be responsible to + Be responsible of trading goods to fulfill the delivery of local customer orders on time + Manage shipping activities and support external and internal customers in processing dispatch activities and order related queries. + Work hand to hand with Quality, Finance, Sales team & other related teams in generation of shipping documents. + Ensuring all the shipping documents were generated as per order confirmation of Order Fulfillment team and liaise for order dispatch follow ups as per confirmed dates. + Support and liaise with Warehouse team for daily shipping activities. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + GRN receipt - Inspection, GRN entry, label print & submission to finance for payment) + Inventory cycle count + Handling shipping related queries from internal and external parties. + Shall cross verify details of sales order and order confirmation and execute all shipping related document activities including DO, Pick List, Packing List generation. + Closely follow up on-going PO, report & solve potential issues/ problem at earlier stage. + Prepare customs clearance documents for export & import and proactively work with the custom clearance colleagues and external agencies + Ensure and support warehouse team in shipping out consignments to customers with all necessary documents by strictly adhering to interstate policies. Liaise with the Shipping Line / CHA / Forwarder for export shipments. + Shall liaise and get required waybill copies from customer service team / customer end for local dispatches and shall ensure all the required details are readily available before execution of shipping documentation. + Shall liaise with order fulfillment team / customer / Courier / Transporter for truck / vehicle placement. + Constantly review process flow of shipping activities and shall smoothen the process + Working in compliance with local, international & company regulation. Follow up all recent changes on governmental & local policies, regulations + Manage the entire operations out of the external warehouse and complete coordination to ensure meeting customer requirements **Additional Responsibilities** **Quality** : The job holder is aware of his/her special responsibility for quality and conducts his/her activities in accordance with the Company quality policy at all times.​​​​​​​ Ensure that all operations in your area of responsibilities are compiled as per GMP , ISO 9001, ISO 15378, ISO 14971 & ISO 13485 (as per current version) etc. **SOI:** The job holder of all relevant SOPs as per Company as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description. **Safety:** The job holder is aware of his/her special responsibility towards health and safety in accordance with the company’s safety policy at all times. **Lean:** Support and contribute actively in Lean sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target. **Education** Degree / Diploma preferably in Customer Service / Supply Chain / Logistics or quivalent required **Work Experience** Minimum 3 years of prior warehouse experience required **Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Experience in MS Office, SAP (SD) module shall be an added advantage + Should have been closely working with MNC manufacturing team, positioned in plant shall be an added advantage + Experience in pharmaceutical / medical device manufacturing / cGMP environment / SEZ would be an added advantage + Good written and spoken skills in English **License and Certifications** **Travel Requirements** 10%: Up to 26 business days per year **Physical Requirements** Medium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects. **Additional Requirements** + Sitting and/or standing for extended periods may occur as well as getting to and from offices and building sites. + If specifically necessitated by customer requirements, must be able to see with or without corrective lenses and distinguish color differences for product and safety issues. + Hearing ability should be sufficient to hear and react to audible alarms from distances up to 150 feet. + The ability to be able to lift and carry various items up to 50 pounds for manufacturing positions or 30 pounds for administrative positions is required.
