· Customer Service role to lead the operational execution of Global accounts including performance management, day to day operations execution, overseas coordination, quotations and daily customer interaction.
· Initial escalation point for operational matters relating to assigned Global Accounts
· Assist to manage completion of all customer performance and analysis reports, customer presentations, and other internal reports and presentations as required.
· Support billing process implementation and A/R Collections for assigned account
