Are you looking for your next new but exciting challenge and an opportunity to join a great working environment?  We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join our team of Administrators.    You will be working with our System Design and Operations departments to administer all procedures and processes relating to Dayworks and to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of minor service works.  As well as providing support to the wider business as part of the Business Support Team

 

What will you be doing 

 

Working with Engineers, Customers, Subcontractors, Management,

System Design & Operations to facilitate the processing of service /

dayworks packages

End to end Dayworks coordination, Processing and reporting

Invoice Approvals

Process purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliers

Liaise with system design and operations teams

Manage customer queries and complaints

Finalise dayworks income for month end

Setting up new Installation projects

Manages workload to meet deadlines both internal and external


 

What are we looking for 

 

Understanding of administration processes and procedures.

Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative

Ability to work within Company deadlines

Ability to work under pressure

Able to demonstrate good communication skills at all levels of

A high standard of computer literacy

Fluent in written and spoken English

Understanding of commonly used office packages

Good telephone manner and customer handling skills
