The Central Order Fulfilment Support Team is responsible for monitoring and administration of the Ford of Europe corporate inventory of orders and vehicles offered on Ford eCommerce.
Fluent in English Must be a good team player Self driven – own the issue of the user Investigative attitude All Office applications – good experience required SQL Query Language – good experience requiredWorking hours: 40 hours / week
Provide operational support to develop and grow the capability of all Marketing Sales & Service users of the Order Fulfilment suite of tools and processes Liaison and co-ordination with OF and IT Team to identify, escalate and chase resolution on application issues affecting Order Fulfilment business processes Develop the capability and knowledge of the Order Fulfilment tools and processes to support Business process improvements Ensure & optimize the data integrity in the Order Fulfilment and Sales Reporting applications Coordinate related user documentation of the listed applications and ensure it is up to date Attend weekly IT meetings and manage & monitor backlog of tracked issues raised Develop improvement idea’s for the applications looked after and recommend to the Development teams
