What you do on a typical day as Business Support Manager
Complex calendar management for the Managing Director and a supporting role towards the Leadership Team Travel Management for all business travelments in the company (train/ plane and hotel). Preparing (international) meetings at a senior level Administration like expense claims, minutes, etc. Organizing events (line opening, weekly drinks, dinners) Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
