LTS Resource Center Specialist The LTS Resource Center Specialist, is responsible for providing high quality responses to issues and complaints received via phone or email in all markets (MI, TX, CA) for Comerica's Internal and External Customers. The Specialist collaborates with various departments, management, internal and external partners for problem resolution. Position Responsibilities: * Assist Relationship and/or Portfolio Managers, and Special Asset Group (SAG) Managers by creating detailed accruals on rate calculations. * Assist Internal/External Customer with Loan Management and Sweep accounts. Using Treasury Management Customer Connect (TMCC). * Evaluate and interpret Legal Loan Documentation on: SBA/Colson, SBA Express, Sterling Bank History, Asset Based Loans, Special Asset (SAG), Non-Accrual Loans, Escrows and Analysis, Executive Line of Credit (ELOC), Real Estate Asset Loans (REAL), Libor Loans, Agent Notices, Participation Bought Loans, and Syndication Loans. * Analyze rates, fees, billings, payments, commitments, availability, etc. on the Accounting Financial System (AFS). * Ensure that ticklers are reviewed timely and processed within the desired deadlines stated in the Loan Documentation. The Analyst is responsible for ensuring documentation is adhered to and setup in AFS accordingly to avoid any errors in reporting and/or losses to the Bank. * Review and update procedures to reduce risk. * Review month end past due reports to verify accurate reporting. * Review and provide accurate past due totals per federal reporting and guidelines. * Assist Operations Analyst with daily rates preparation, input, and review. * Perform accrual research on adjustments greater than $20,000 and validate for accuracy.
