Onsite are roles that have specific onsite requirements and are typically onsite daily.
Hybrid fixed are roles that are a blend of onsite work/in-person interactions with some ability to work remotely and require employees to live within a commutable distance and be onsite fixed days each week.
Hybrid flexible are roles that can be performed remotely but require some level of onsite work/in-person interactions on a regular basis, require employees to live within a commutable distance and, since business needs vary by position and may change over time, managers will set expectations and flexibility regarding where and when work is performed.
Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Work as a single point of contact for all billing. Prepare, investigate contractor payment processing inquiries/requests The below duties and responsibilities may vary.
Job Responsibilities• Develop and generate ad hoc reports and scorecard reports from existing systems that support informational needs of management.
• Develop spreadsheets and reports to perform analysis from SAP financial and work management systems relevant to billing and payment processing.
• Develop and/or enhance billing spreadsheets/databases. coordinate and track communication of billing process charges, best practices and future plans for contractor billing.
• Actively participate in problem solving initiatives to determine root cause, gap analysis along with the development and implementation of process improvement recommendations. Provide timely feedback to determine effectiveness of implemented solutions and take corrective action as required.
• Maintain databases for billing to ensure all requests are answered and to maintain historical records of billing issues and improvements.
• Develop and coordinate communication of issues to all affected users to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance; provide user training as necessary.
• Assist in reconciliation of accounts as required.
• Validate billing charges with internal clients.
• Coordinate billing and process issues with the field specialists/supervisors.
• Provide supporting files, analysis and recommendations to Program Support Leader to support monthly accrual process.
• Analyze files and provide Manager monthly updates and recommendations regarding invoice status. Monthly and YTD spend by department activity. Purchase Order Balances.
• Track and maintain all crew location files for team.
• Compile and analyze monthly metrics. Provide metric recommendations used by mgmt. and procurement to assist in determining contractor awards.
• Prepare and maintain files associated with dept. regulatory requirements, both State and Federal. Provide analysis as requested of supporting document files.
• BS/BA Degree or minimum of six years of professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated analytical ability, quantitative and presentation skills with experience addressing/ presenting to leadership teams and external clients.
• Demonstrated strong working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and team skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to muti-task
• Must have valid US driver’s license.
Desired
• Strong knowledge of OH Electric and/or Vegetation Mgmt Operations, basic accounting, SAP financial report generation, database management experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills; strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and PC skills.
• Demonstrated high level of knowledge of residential energy efficiency programs, processes and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to present written and oral work product clearly and concisely.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining databases in either Excel or Access
