As a Business Support Specialist, you will report through the Consumer Solutions commercial team and support Specialties accounts. The ideal candidate is located near Wilmington so they can collaborate with coworkers in person and have the flexibility to work remotely. You will be a main point of contact for customers to assist with their routine and non-routine requests and help resolve any issues. This often requires collaboration with internal stakeholders in North America and sometimes other global regions.
What You'll Do:
Serve as a main contact for customersSet up accounts for new customersSupport existing customers with their requests (samples, quality/regulatory documents, complaints, etc)Work with customer service, supply chain, product management, and Global Trade Management to resolve issuesAssist sales with pricing, past due payments, and other account maintenanceWhat You'll Bring:
Minimum 3 years experience in a customer-facing roleProficiency in MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, and Lotus Notes applicationsMust be motivated to help customers and coworkers to resolve issuesExceptional written and verbal communication skills are essentialExcellent interpersonal and collaboration abilitiesAdditionally You'll Have:
