This position will supervise the indirect materials operations at client facility. Duties include employee supervision, dock receiving and shipping and material inventory, ordering and movement.

Check emailPrint Scan Sheets for Daily ScansReview attendance tracker for teamUpdate/Maintain Level 4/5 BPD BoardUpdate IMM OT Equalization SheetCompile and send EOS reportMonthly Shipper requests (Libra/Crystal Water)Review time clock and log hours for payrollCreate Shippers for outbound materialSOT in 3PIMM AreasAttend weekly JLL BPD reviewsWeekly TIS review with teamMonthly JLL Staff meetingFollow up on open purchase ordersConduct SIF/GCTA reviews with teamComplete annual training as requiredReview/update standardized workResolve any operational issues with Dock/Crib/MRP processesReview Unsourced Template from MRP before sending to IMLEnsure completion of annual cycle countsPart look-up for customer needsAttend IMM weekly meeting with IMLComplete layered audit with team memberSupport MRP PlannerSupport WRA CoordinatorFollow up on non-conformance issuesMeet with UAW representative to discuss current eventsDaily Team meetingAttend to Crystal Water/Aramark issuesCoach and teach employeesProcess 2209 movement
