Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support). + Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. Preferred qualifications: + Experience in Real Estate and Workplace Services business domains. + Experience with vendor management and third-party platform integrations. + Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.
