**Position** : Business System Analyst **Location** : Manapakkam, Chennai, IND-TN **Job Description :** + Provide expertise for the product area through analysis and understanding of business needs.  Apply a broad knowledge of programs, policies, and procedures in a business area or technical field gained through experience and training. + Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Product Owners (PO) to understand their business functions and processes, helping them identify key decisions in their processes, including data requirements . + Provide business knowledge and support for resolving technology issues across the product and interface systems . + Use appropriate tools and techniques to elicit and define requirements that address complex business needs. + Analyze requirements leveraging with advanced technical skills. + Lead discussions to establish common definitions for data across all business functions in their areas of responsibility. + Lead, plan and consult on information gathering sessions and refine the business requirements and help the team to guide through their development . + Effectively state the impact of requested changes on existing structures throughout the product area by having a detailed knowledge on the product interfaces . + A good knowledge in Jira and refinement exercise to convert business needs to stories . + OT Exstream knowledge is beneficial. + Must have excellent communication and ability to work with Sr. Stakeholders. + Strong Jira experience any experience with Document Management systems would be a nice to have. + Opentext Exstream is a must have.
