We are seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our financial systems and processes. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will lead and execute projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as a subject matter expert for financial systems, ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as a team lead and primary liaison between Finance, IT, and other stakeholders. Manage and enhance financial systems, including Workday Financials, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Analyze complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions and system specifications. Drive system implementations, integrations, and updates, ensuring seamless functionality and user adoption. Conduct testing, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain documentation for financial processes and systems. Provide training and ongoing support to end-users. Collaborate with leadership to develop innovative solutions that improve financial reporting and operational efficiency. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
