Position Title: Business System Analyst - With Data Engineering

Location: Tampa, FL Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 2/24/2025

Expected Duration: 12 Months with Potential Extension or can be converted to a fulltime employment.

Job Type: Contract (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY), [CONTRACT], [HYBRID]

Pay Range: $40/HR. to $46.42/HR.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Must-have skills for this role:

Business Analyst Data Engineering Agile Project Management ADO/JIRA Primary job duties/responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, as well as researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. You will also be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps Boards is required. Expert proficiency in Fiserv Finxact Solutions, Agile Project Management, Scrum, and Banking Operations are recommended.

o Develop innovative strategies to improve business processes and systems.

o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

o Design and implement solutions to meet customer needs.

o Conduct research and stay up to date with industry trends.

o Provide guidance and support to team members.

o Must have experience in Data Engineering as BA.

Must have experience in ADO/JIRA

Nice-to-have skills:

Certification in BA/BSA Cloud Experience
