Job Summary

We are looking for a Business System Manager who will be responsible for Business System in Qingpu Plant for Pressure Management. The role will coordinate with all functions and teams in Qingpu plant ,understand and initiate the system process improvement. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:                                                                                              

Provide leadership in improving business system & IT excellence – working with management and AP functional leader to create and execute annual business system improvement initiatives to intelligent from quotation to ship process on speed and efficiency. Ensuring Company Business systems & IT environment improvement with necessary technical and functional operational support, Prioritize and manage business system improvement initiatives – Prioritize and lead cross functionally improvement projects and managing the results through internal and external resources. Standardize business process and make business more effective with SAP best features and Automation in other business system Support on Daily ERP, and SAP issues and develop reports in One BI and SQL Promotion of process continuously improvement culture – promote changes made and impact to business to inspire more initiatives on continuously improvement, create platform to exchange knowledges and ideas for all employee engagement with support and knowledge transferring. Connecting to PRM global and Autosol on process improvement – connecting with PRM global and Autosol sites to identify best solutions and exchange the good practice and new concepts between Emerson sites. Apparent or Assigned - Performs related work as apparent or any other assigned by manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. 8 years of experiences in development / programming of industrial automation / process control software and advanced software tools.  Expertise in SAP functional & technical skills to support SAP projects and daily operational issues  Familiar with the Order Handling, Manufacturing and Material Planning process. Strong interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills, initiative.  Good presentation skills in English. Clearly present data, plans and initiatives in the meetings. Learn quickly, self-driven, positive working attitude. Demonstrated ability to work in a cooperative and team oriented environment as well as independently. Familiar with Microsoft product, like office 365 and OneDrive cloud Good SQL skill, to develop SQL report based on user’s requirement, SSRS is a plus Familiar with Microsoft BI tools, to develop report Good at IT budget planning and control

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

●Proficient with ERP systems (Oracle) & Microsoft suite.

●Presentation skill is preferred.
