**The Job You Will Perform:**
The Business System Sustain Team Business Analyst works as a member of small division level team. This team will collectively serve as the process owners for:
+ Best Practice Usage
+ Consulting for continuous improvement and troubleshooting
+ Analysis of results
+ Training, communications, and support
+ Reporting and score carding
+ Managing the evolution and development of the applications and related business processes
+ Sharing best practices and techniques across the business
+ Coordination of new functionality and revision deployments along with business training
+ Interface to the order management and Containerboard roll stock master planning group to leverage the best and most consistent performance for the company.
This position is part of the Business System Sustain Team (BSST), and works closely with both Witron and Kiwi focused team members. This position interfaces routinely with NAC plant personnel at multiple levels (production floor through Plant GM), Regional GMs, Container IT, Kiwiplan personnel, NAC Continuous Improvement team members, NAC VP of Manufacturing, NAC Area Manufacturing Managers, and Containerboard Master and Replenishment Planners.
The work involves the ability to use the varied Kiwiplan software tools at a high level of proficiency including: CSC (corrugator scheduling); PCS (full plant scheduling); FFF (factory floor feedback); RSS (roll stock management); MDC (machine data collection units); QMS (quality management system); CASE (continuous automated scheduling environment); Load Tags; CWR (Consolidated Waste Reporting); OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
**The Skills You Will Bring:**
+ A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred
+ Experience in IT or a related field would be a bonus, but is not required.
+ Exhibits safety advocacy and leadership
+ Minimum of five years of experience in converting plant operations, production planning and scheduling and customer service within a production environment
+ The ability to interface for training, troubleshooting, and best practice usage of transmission links between Kiwiplan software and other applications.
+ Deep knowledge of the business applications of the Kiwiplan software in the manufacturing plant environment.
+ Deep knowledge of applying the tools in a business process, work flow, and business rules management application in a converting plant setting.
+ Extensive knowledge of Witron, specifically in the areas of Customer Service and Shipping functions.
+ Leadership experience, including assignments in supervisory or management roles.
+ Proven track record of strong performance and continuous growth in complexed job assignments.
+ Knowledge and understanding of touch points with order management, containerboard master planning, and shipping is required.
+ Excellent hands on experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word along with the ability to use and administer databases and web based training applications including the new Consolidate Production Reporting database.
+ Strong analytical skills with excellent “hands on” knowledge of KIWI software and related business processes, including the ability to perform audits and trouble-cause-correction reviews
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and team work skills
