Summary: As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization, and as part of the Business Systems Administration team, this role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the LLS Back-Office Application portfolio. This individual will work cross-functionally with members of both technical and business staff to help refine user requirements, build out back-office application technology, and deliver best of breed support and administration of an environment including Ceridian Dayforce, Concur Travel & Expense, iCIMS, DocuSign, FLUXX, and other tools. In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining the integrations, support, and integration related upgrades of these systems.
While employees may be permitted to work remotely, travel to the assigned office, HUB or Satellite Offices may be required as determined by the employee’s manager and the employee’s People Organization Generalist.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Back-Office Systems Maintenance & SupportOperate as a strategic partner with functional business units to understand their business processes; plan for the future, customize, enhance and configure systems accordingly.Deploy, maintain, and enhance integrations with other applications / systems, ensuring data integrity and system compliance.Support and execute the build, test, and deployment of any required customizations, functionality changes or additions.Document, maintain and update system-level customizations.
Application Analysis and DesignEnsure business and functional requirements are properly configured in back-office systems.Support end-user requests for enhancements/changes to increase business processes/efficiencies.Maintain business process flows and update as needed.Partner closely with vendors to ensure best practices are followed, systems are configured optimally, and functioning as efficiently as possible.
Application testing, documentation and deliveryManage Release Preview business process testing for ongoing systems upgrades.Test application patches/upgrades and or operating system updates as they relate to the back-ofice systems and their integrations.Routinely review inputs / outputs, integrations, requests, and processes to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.Create and maintain all required documentation for ongoing administration, support, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer related to back-office systems, integrations, and processes.Support additional duties as assignedProvide user support for day-to-day issues/questions/trainingProvide timely and accurate progress reportingMaintain a working knowledge of the LLS mission and programs to promote Organizational initiatives.Other duties as they are assigned

Education & Experience Requirements:
3+ years of Analyst or Administrator experience in back-office applications, systems configuration, and/or implementation duties.Prior experience with back-office systems (Ceridian Dayforce, Concur Travel & Expense, DocuSign, FLUXX) required. Administrator certifications in one or more of these tools preferred.Knowledge of roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, searches, and forms to manage business process requirements.Ability to translate business objectives and user needs into technical configurations and data requirements.Inquisitive nature to figure things out and an independent yet collaborative work ethic.Strong customer service mindset with an eye for detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Technology / Computer Science, or 5+ years of experience with back-office / application administration, performing a similar role with cross-departmental and varying tool responsibility required.

We are excited to share the base pay range for this position is $64,000 to $70,000. The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at LLS we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
