We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst 2 to join IQVIA Laboratories business as a remote position.

As the Business Systems Analyst 2, you will be providing expertise and system support in developing and enhancing business systems to provide new or enhanced products to internal clients for effective planning, reporting and analysis.

What you’ll be doing:

Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial modules to include Projects and Contracts.Formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and requirements.Devising or modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.Analyzing of business and user needs, documenting of requirements, and translating into proper system requirement specifications.Guiding and advising less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.Working in some phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Business Administration Required.2 years PeopleSoft Finance systems analysis experience, Projects and Contracts models preferred.Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Technical Abilities:

Reading and creating SQL (Read and Write Simple Queries).Knowledge of integration broker and supporting integrations.PeopleSoft Application Designer as a reference tool for functional design, support, and troubleshooting preferred.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g., third party software and internal operational applications, etc.) or IQVIA client facing applications and products.Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes to enable execution of those skills.Thorough knowledge of IQVIA data and current systems.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,000.00 - $145,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
