As a Business Systems Analyst you will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, conduct user research, and support technical solutions for a SharePoint development team in order to continuously deliver business value.  In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting the contract goals: To minimize delivery time, costs, and defects, improve technical security capabilities, implement quality assurance methodologies, and to automate processes.  This is a roll-up-your-sleeves and work hard with a team of passionate people type of position.  If this interests you, apply today!

 

POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE BUT WILLING TO SPONSOR FOR A SECRET CLEARANCE

Responsibilities Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.Provide leadership in understanding and defining business systems requirements, project objectives, and deliverables.Create workflow diagrams, mock-ups, and user stories to ensure team and stakeholders are aligned before development begins.Work closely with the development team to ensure the product features have been developed per specification.Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the team’s Agile project lifecycle.Work on a team of high-performing product professionals in a very collaborative environment.Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Requires an active Secret clearance but willing to sponsor the clearance for a compliant candidate.Bachelor's degree.2+ years of experience conducting business process analysis, design, and documentation, preferably in a Federal Government IT environment.Prior working experience in software development environments.Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Proven ability to present and run effective meetings and comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization.Excellent analytical skills and ability to gather and analyze business process data.Prior working experience with Agile project planning and execution.Demonstrated innovation and creativity in problem solving.Can-do attitude with a demonstrated ability to get things done under minimal supervision.Adept at understanding and curious about new technologies, systems, and tools.Background working with SharePoint development is a plus.
