HM Health Solutions Inc., headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA has a work-at-home Business Systems Analyst position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems; the remote worksite must be within commuting distance of Pittsburgh, PA for weekly trips to the corporate office) to be responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into new applications or changes to existing applications.  Specific duties include: (i) analyzing data to determine problems, trends, or opportunities for process improvements; (ii) creating and executing test cases; and (iii) providing root cause analysis as well as corrective action plans.

Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a directly related field and three (3) years of experience in a related position.

Must have three (3) years of experience (can be concurrent) with each of the following: (i) IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC); (ii) IBM Rational Quality Manager; (iii) SQL; and (iv) SOAP UI.

Must have two (2) years of experience (can be concurrent) with each of the following: (i) IBM Rational Requisite PRO; and (ii) Splunk.
