Your Role

Gensler’s Corporate Finance team is looking to hire a full-time Business Systems Analyst for permanent assignment. This position will work closely with all areas of our corporate finance, IT and regional accounting groups. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing and supporting all Coupa related systems and activities, as well as other systems used by the

corporate finance team.   

What You Will Do

Working with key stakeholders across Gensler to roll-out and support Coupa P2P and Expense globally

Design and document Coupa configuration changes considering upstream, downstream, and workflow processes

Provide Coupa application technical support and act as liaison with Coupa support

Lead & coordinate finance application testing process

Monitor integration between Coupa and ERP

Provide first level application support for ERP system with upstream/downstream data quality

Implement harmonized standards across the global organization to enable efficiencies and effective controls 

Engage on other finance application project management and process transformation

Your Qualifications

Coupa Certified with technical and implementation experience required

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline

4-7 years of Business Systems Analyst experience

Experience in professional services industry and working with multi-national firm is desirable

Demonstration of an ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment, and produce accurate and timely deliverables

A team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships

Flexibility to take calls out of normal working hours as needed

Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications

Self-directed and proactive with ability to multi-task and take ownership of work
