Kforce's client in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Business Systems Analyst: Responsibilities: * In this role, the Business Systems Analyst will analyze user requests and business systems to define changes and deliverables * Document requirements and formulate systems aligning with business strategies * Create user cases and technical design requirements from business needs * Assist in developing business cases and recommend solutions for system challenges * Communicate and collaborate proactively with team and partners * Participate in testing and writing QA test cases * Assess processes to mitigate risks and identify future issues * The Business Systems Analyst will maintain system protocols and prepare technical reports * Other related duties as assigned
