Perdue AgriBusiness is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Salisbury, MD. The position will be a part of a team that is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new systems and technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, evaluate existing systems, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn business processes.
Ability to travel occasionally, possibly overnight, to any customer area, which could be any Company facility or to a remote site or to a training facility or conference.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Primary architect of overall business processes and solution design in the assigned functional area. Assist in fit/gap analysis, developing solutions to resolve gaps. Oversight and execution of design, configuration, testing, training, and cutover for commercial areas. Learns end-to-end business processes and systems for the project and future support. Designs efficient processes utilizing available technologies. Responsible for system configurations to support business processes. Responsible for creating and administering training for end users and super users. Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration Experience Requirements 5 - 8 years of previous ERP experience Knowledge in systems analysis, programming and systems development methodology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as the position requires direct communication with end users and business leaders. Proficiency in software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experience Preferred Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management Experience with DycoTrade CTRM Experience with CRM/Salesforce Knowledge of Data Analytics concepts and tools is a plus. Prior use of Jira software Understanding of agricultural business industry and processes Environmental Factors and Physical RequirementsPosition is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
