Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst. Responsibilities: * Work with end users on translating business requirements into a Business Requirements Document (BRD) * Drive implementation timeline from business requirements definition, development and testing, to deployment and support/maintenance * Balance multiple projects and prioritize/re-prioritize based off of team capacity and manage scope changes * Consult on Atlassian best practices on how tool can be configured for a process * Help develop processes and standards in a collaborative way, then help socialize and govern/enforce * Familiar with different project management methodologies - Scrum, waterfall, Kanban, etc. * Be the main point of contact for any given solution and keep projects on track * Be a contributing member of a team and help drive organizational change to improve processes
