KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDefine and document requirements: Analyze business needs to create detailed, accurate, and clear requirements that align with organizational goals.\nMap processes: Create detailed process maps to illustrate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define improvement opportunities.\nRecommend Solutions: Match requirements to appropriate technologies, systems or other solutions, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness.\nBuild relationships: Foster cross-departmental collaboration to uncover inefficiencies and identify automation opportunities.\nDevelop small-scale solutions: Utilize tools like Python, PHP, and Power BI to implement targeted improvements.\nCollaborate on complex projects: Work with IT developers to design and execute advanced technical solutions.\nLead projects: Independently manage small-scale initiatives to ensure timely and efficient delivery.\nProvide technical support: Offer ongoing assistance for existing business systems, ensuring reliability and effectiveness. Diagnose and resolve system issues to maintain optimal functionality and minimize disruptions.\nEnsure compliance: Maintain well-documented, ISO-compliant solutions that are user-friendly.\nTrain and guide users: Develop comprehensive training materials and provide hands-on support for new systems.\nExtract and analyze data: Leverage databases to gather insights that inform decision-making.\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS\n\nProficiency in Python, PHP, or an equivalent programming language.\nStrong understanding of databases; SQL knowledge preferred.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems like MS Navision or MS Business Central.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and SharePoint.\nExperience with Power BI is a plus\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\nAbility to navigate ambiguous situations and identify effective solutions.\nExperience leading small projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.\n\n
Experience & Education\n\n2-4 years of experience in a role combining business analysis and technical problem-solving.\nBachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, or other related field.\n\n
