The Opportunity

The Business Systems Analyst role within the Compensation and Data Excellence Team plans and directs the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. In this role you will provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements. This position may also provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Responsibilities:

Designs, analyzes, implements, and maintains territory alignment

Owns quota setting process/tools & compensation reporting for the teams they support

Displays a high level of agility and adaptability due to working through varying degrees of complex projects, analysis, and problem solving

Actively consults with senior leaders (including Sr Directors/VPs) to provide insights and recommendations that help shape the strategies for sales deployment (eg. headcount/capacity analysis, territory alignment structure, etc.)

Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills - consistently creates and delivers sales crediting, reporting, and territory alignment presentations to Sr Directors/VPs

Displays a mindset of high level of change agility by quickly accepting change and driving it in a positive manner

Builds strong collaborative relationships with peers that includes timely feedback and communication to gain alignment

Works across departments to solve issues that impact sales crediting data

Who you Are

Bachelor’s Degree, experience may be considered in lieu of degree

4 years of analytical experience

Comprehensive computer skills including SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and advanced MS Excel utilization

Experience presenting information to diverse audiences including senior leadership

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple, competing priorities

Demonstrated business administration and process knowledge including impact and effect on business performance

Proven track record of using technical skills to streamline processes, eliminate waste and improve data quality

This position has an on-site requirement at our Indianapolis, IN campus.
