Business Systems Analyst

We have a great opportunity available for a highly organised and thorough person who enjoys working in a close-knit team and can be flexible where required. This role will be based in Wollongong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Reporting to the Communications Team Leader, the Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for investigating matters and providing solutions. The role will also be accountable for the extraction of figures and data from systems and ensuring the quality of this. The BSA will also work closely with IT teams to schedule jobs across the system.

Review systems and dataDiagnose problems and resolve these with usersMake appropriate changes to documentationMonitor systems performanceImplement appropriate solutionsDevelop functional specifications that design and document desired outcome of system enhancement /development which will communicate the user requirements in technical terms to analyst programmersReview business requirements to produce quality systems functionality during the design phase of a projectCreate suitable test scenarios, test plans and strategies.



What you need to have: 

Previous experience working as a BSA/BAWorking knowledge of SQLExperience interpreting business requirements and dataStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels of the organisation.
