Business Systems Analyst

The Opportunity

The Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in maximizing productivity and business outcomes for sales and internal teams. You will be responsible for supporting the procurement purchase order process, managing sales productivity tools, leading UAT efforts, and supporting projects to completion. This role will interact with stakeholders across the business to support improvements and provide consistent communication.



About the Team

At Nutanix, you'll be joining the Revenue Operations team, a close-knit group of four professionals located across the Americas. You will report to the Manager, Revenue Operations, who is dedicated to providing guidance and mentorship while promoting a culture of transparency and open dialogue. Our work setup is hybrid, requiring you to come into the office just two  to three days a week, which allows for flexibility while still benefiting from in-person collaboration.

 

Your Role

Support purchasing to invoice process for Revenue Operations teamManage sales productivity tools including licensing, adoption, and feature communicationSupport system and process changes related to Salesforce and productivity toolsPartner cross-functionally to define scope and gather requirementsGenerate detailed process documentation and project requirementsAlign and communicate with internal stakeholders on key priorities and initiativesTrack progress of key projects and redefine requirements as neededPerform detailed testing for release of new initiativesAnalyze processes and identify areas for improvementSimultaneously support multiple programs

 

What You Will Bring

3-5 years of relevant experience in the SaaS industry in UAT and/or project managementBackground in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a sales driven organization Knowledge of or experience with procure to invoice tools such as Coupa and/or CPQ tools and Salesforce as well as ticketing systems such as JIRA preferredUnderstanding of productivity tools including Rattle, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plusExperience working with multiple stakeholders across different time zonesProficiency with Google Drive, Smartsheet, and Lucidchart Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsMotivated and detail oriented with the ability to learn quickly 

 This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
