Aston Carter is partnering with a client in Kansas City, MO seeking a Business Systems Analyst for their team This opportunity is open due to the company implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365. It will lead the implementation for multiple departments ensuring a successful data migration. Job Description & Responsibilities:Optimize and troubleshoot configurations in Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM.Develop, implement, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Synapse, and Azure Logic Apps.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions.Enhance user experience through effective design and implementation.Ensure seamless integration and data integrity with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).Test changes made by global SAP consultants and ensure data moves correctly through the system.Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.Assist in the migration from SyteLine to Dynamics 365.Essential Skills:Bachelor's Degree3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft's Power Platform.Strong knowledge of CRM software.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Power BI.Microsoft 365 certifications are a nice-to-have.Work Environment:In-office full-time with flexibility as needed.Collaborate with team members including the COO and Manager Customer Experience. Work involves significant testing and interaction with global SAP consultants in India.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
